Two missing students
Dear parents/guardians/staff:
This message is being shared with you as we work in cooperation with the Rockport Police Department.
Today is Tuesday, June 16, 2009. On Monday, June 15, two 7th grade girls walked away from the school after being dropped off during the morning hours. They are Zandra Eason and Pamela Lawrence. Zandra is 5 ft., 1 tall, 120 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair, possibly wearing blue jeans and a blue hooded sweatshirt. Pamela is 5 ft., 8 tall, 230 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair, possibly wearing blue jeans and a hooded sweatshirt.
The girls were last seen walking toward South Street and have not made contact with their parents since then. A list of camping supplies has been found and one of the families is missing a tent and air mattresses. The girls have no money and it is possible they may still be in the Cape Ann area. Anyone having any information,l or seeing any camps in the woods, is asked to please call the Rockport Police Department, at 978-546-1212.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Susan M. King, Ed.D.
